Refreshing kiwi cantaloupe smoothie

Hey, try this refreshing drink anytime of the day. I bet it will energize you. Its better than any soft drink out in the market.

  • Prep time: 10 minutes
  • Cook time: 0 minutes
  • Total time: 10 minutes
  • Yield:4

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces kiwis peeled and cut in round shape
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 8-10 pieces mint leaves
  • 4 teaspoons honey
  • 8-10 cubes ice
  • 1 cup of water
  • 3 cups chopped cantaloupe

Directions:

  1. Combine chopped cantaloupe, honey, 6 mint leaves, lime juice, ice cubes, water and kiwi( leaving 2 slice for garnish) in blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour in glass and garnish with slice of kiwi, cantaloupe and mint.
